The Wites & Kapetan, P.A. ("WKPA") DREAM Scholarship will award $10,000 in scholarship monies as follows:

Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
- Must be (or plan to be) enrolled as a full time student at any accredited college, university, technical or vocational school in the United States in the fall of 2008
- Must be of either (a) South or Central American Descent (including Mexico) or (b) Brazilian Descent.
- Completed Application, Transcript, and Test Scores
- Essay and Letters of Recommendation
WKPA will consider the following criteria in awarding the scholarship monies:
- Academic Achievement, Recommendations, and Essay
- Community Service
- Work Experience/Extra Curricular Activities
